Cape Coral versus Port St Lucie Florida 2010?
For the past year my wife and I have been debating on moving to one of these area’s due to real estate prices being so low but can’t decide on which one and looking for opinions from those who are living in these area’s or have experience with both. We are a white couple, mid 40′s, self employed, like the beaches, boating and warmer weather of South Florida. Pro’s and con’s of each?
Right now Port St Lucie is almost giving houses away. I have been there and it’s a nice place, can’t really answer about Cape Coral.
The down side would be PSL is mostly seniors, and at 40 plus you may feel like you’re in a nursing home community..which is true. It does have the beaches and boating, which we were also looking for. But even in our 50′s we found the area a little to old for us.
